Inspection & Installation of a new Fire Alarm System for Sagkeeng Superstore

Sagkeeng Superstore

For time immemorial, Sagkeeng has been home to the Anicinabe people who have resided around the Fort Alexander Indian Reserve which spreads along the Winnipeg River and Traverse Bay. Sagkeeng’s traditional territory was established under Treaty 1 in 1871 and the residents of Sagkeeng celebrate Treaty Days every year during the last week of July with a parade, children events, and fireworks. The team at SI Alarms were tasked with completing the emergency lights and extinguishers’ inspection for Sagkeeng’s Superstore which is proudly owned and operated by Sagkeeng’s First Nations. During their inspection, they noticed that the building itself lacked a fire alarm system. To bring the building up to code, the team at SI Alarms were able to present and provide the owners with Maple Armor’s innovative and cost-effective Fire Safety solutions. The brand-new system includes Maple Armor’s flagship FW106 fire control panel; the FW511 smoke detector; the FW722 manual station; the FW962 Horn/Strobe; and the FW982 strobe. The system also required the FW811 input module and the FW831 relay module.

We are happy to hear from happy customers who love their new system and are happy that it is up and running flawlessly. They have commended the great job done by the team at SI Alarms.
